Rules and Regulations

Rent is due on the 1st of every month. After the 5th there is an initial $25 late fee plus 5 dollars a day to a maximum of $300 per month.. If the complete payment is not received within the allotted time you will be issued an eviction notice. If you are using automatic withdrawal and there are insufficient fund you will assessed a fee of $25 which will be required in cash or money order.

• Trash is picked up on Wednesday morning. If there are trash bags left outside and we pick them up you will be charged $25 per bag.
• Pets are not allowed unless there has been written consent.

1. If pets are discovered you will be charged a $100 and lose a $300 pet deposit fee (non refundable) and will either be forced to vacate or fill out a registration pet form.

• Do not block other people garages or driveways. You will be towed and be responsible for the towing charges. DO NOT park in the grass. Parking in the grass will lead to you be towed and charged an additional $100 fine.
• Please be aware that Columbia has a noise/party law. Police are currently fining people $250 per violation.
• Do not leave trash in your yard. Boxes and beer/soda cans or other trash should be picked up.
